Capespan – Namibia Grape Company

Farming in the Aussenkehr Valley means producing premium table grapes in one of the world’s most challenging growing environments. Every drop of water, every hectare of soil and every natural habitat is carefully managed to ensure long-term sustainability. Our environmental approach focuses on protecting biodiversity, improving soil health, reducing waste, lowering transport emissions and using resources responsibly. Through practical, measurable actions, we continue to strengthen the resilience of both our vineyards and the unique desert ecosystem in which we operate.

Capespan South Africa

Capespan is a global producer, marketer and distributor of fresh fruit, supplying citrus, grapes and pome fruit year-round. We are committed to high quality, ethical standards, food safety, regulatory compliance, environmentally sound practices, worker health and safety, fair treatment, and full traceability from orchard to store. Through the Capespan Blue Hand we care initiative, we support employees, farm and packhouse workers, and local community projects that improve quality of life on and around our farms.

GlenWood Vineyards

GlenWood is located in the Robertsvlei Valley, near the village of Franschhoek in the Western Cape. The farm is surrounded by indigenous fynbos as part of the Cape Floral Kingdom and is frequented by a diverse range of fauna, including duiker, baboons, birdlife and, occasionally, leopards. In addition to its wine production, GlenWood also produces small quantities of proteas, including the Blushing Bride, which is endemic to the Robertsvlei Valley. GlenWood has always been passionate about preserving this natural environment through sustainable farming and cellar practices and has been awarded the coveted WWF Conservation Champion status.

Wellington Wines

Wellington Wines’ history dates back to 1906, 1907 and 1941 when Wellington Co-operative Winery, Bovlei Co-operative and Wamakersvalley Wines were founded respectively. These three wine giants, with years of knowledge and passion, joined forces in recent years to form Wellington Wines. Their 56 member farmers across Wellington and neighbouring areas ensure only the best grapes are grown and hand-selected for their exceptional quality. Wellington Wines is a wine producer of outstanding characteristics, implementing innovative methods to ensure the region is experienced with every sip.

De Wetshof Estate

The name De Wetshof has been synonymous with the production of fine wines in South Africa since the 1970s. As the first registered wine estate in the Robertson Wine Valley, De Wetshof has become known internationally as South Africa’s eminent Chardonnay House, due to the pioneering role it played in introducing this noble Burgundian grape to the country. The De Wet family’s winemaking heritage can, however, be traced back to 1694, when the first De Wets arrived at the Cape and immediately made a mark on the South African wine industry. Today, De Wetshof is one of the few third-generation wine estates in South Africa.

Spier

Established in 1692, Spier is one of South Africa’s oldest and most distinguished family-owned wine farms rooted in the simple maxim: Good wine, from good people, made in good soil. Over three centuries, we’ve garnered international acclaim for producing wines of remarkable quality and character, firmly rooted in the terroir from which they originate. Our role as custodians of a storied heritage, vibrant communities, and the land pushes our vision beyond the vineyards. Rooted in tradition yet forward-thinking, everything we do begins with our intention to do good for our soil, people, and communities.

Cherry Ridge

Resting at the feet of the Magaliesburg Mountain Range in beautiful South Africa, our cherry farms are uniquely situated at 5 000 feet above sea level. At this altitude, we are one of the earliest Southern Hemisphere cherry producers in the world, harvesting cherries for our customers to enjoy in October.

ALG Boerdery

Nestled in the fertile upper reaches of the Olifants River Valley, an area that lies at the heart of the Western Cape’s thriving citrus industry. This rich agricultural region provides the ideal conditions for producing world-class citrus, a tradition we proudly continue.
