Matroosberg Grapes is a family-owned table grape farm and business, located in the heart of the Hex River Valley (De Doorns) in the Western Cape province of South Africa. The family farm was founded by Fanie Rossouw in 1928. Rossouw family farm expands and diversifies across four generations. Today, the fourth generation is taking the wheel of the farm and business, with the focus on economic, social, and environmental sustainability. Matroosberg Grapes is a direct grower and exporter. Directly exporting table grapes to deliver exceptional quality directly to the market. Matroosberg Grapes is devoted to growing a diverse variety of table grapes. The goal is to extend the availability of table grapes for the international market. To achieve this, the farm carefully selected cultivars based on market and consumer demands, adaptability to the local climate, storage capabilities, and travel ability to still arrive in pristine condition, crisp and fresh even if it is halfway around the world.

Lutzville Vineyards

Fruitways

Fruitways is a specialist producer, packer, and marketer of apples and pears with a 90-year legacy. Owned by the Moodie Family and the Molteno Brothers Charitable Trust, the company manages around 1,300 hectares of orchards and operates three modern packing facilities. Committed to sustainability, Fruitways balances productivity with ecological responsibility, focusing on reducing its carbon and water footprints and improving waste management. The company also invests in community well-being in Grabouw and the Elgin area through childcare, education, housing, and health initiatives, and supports local organisations such as the Grabouw Development Association and the Elgin Foundation.

Kleine Zalze Wines

Established in 1683 by Nicolaas Cleef on the banks of the Blaauwklippen River, Kleine Zalze has grown into a modern, proudly Stellenbosch-based premium wine estate producing authentic wines for local and international markets. Still rooted on the same land, the estate remains deeply mindful of its environmental impact and role within the broader community. Sustainability lies at the core of its operations, with a structured, long-term commitment to reducing its carbon footprint. Kleine Zalze actively measures and monitors its emissions to guide meaningful action, while investing in continual improvements across the vineyard and cellar to ensure lasting environmental stewardship.

Wilgerbosdrif Boerdery

Amidst the ‘The Land of Rooibos and Citrus’ and merely 30km from Citrusdal, Western Cape, you will find Wilgerbosdrif Boerdery. This 5th generation farm is a proud producer of citrus, organic rooibos tea and fynbos cut flowers. In addition to the implementation of sustainable initiatives and good quality produce, the natural biodiversity and habitats of species are considered of high value. Indigenous species are plenty and left undisturbed while all hands are on deck working together to achieve production targets. Wilgerbosdrif Boerdery is not just a location, it is an experience!

Mayo Macs SA (Pty) Ltd

Mayo Macs is a South African Macadamia processing, marketing and distribution company. Mayo Macs owns and operates two state-of-the-art Macadamia processing facilities located near Nelspruit, Mpumalanga, and Paddock, Kwazulu-Natal south coast, with depots located in Empangeni, George and Levubu. The company is wholly owned by Mayo Macs’ growers, supplying the highest quality Macadamias worldwide.

Everseason

In 2006 a group of Citrusdal growers (Western Cape, South Africa) came together to start a more direct approach to Citrus marketing. The approach was to manage the logistical chain to deliver fresh fruit as quickly as possible to customers all around the world. This developed into a fully operational export company that now supply various Citrus (Clementines, Mandarins, Lemons, Oranges & grapefruit) as well as various Stonefruit. (Nectarines, Peaches & Apricots) to supermarkets, wholesale markets and importers in various countries. Social responsibility and sustainability are high priority for the group.

Umvangazi Two Oakes Farming

Two Oaks Farming is a second-generation family farming business situated in the subtropical areas of Kiepersol, Mpumalanga, and Tzaneen, Limpopo. The climate and soils are perfectly suited for the cultivation of Macadamias. Two Oaks Farming started converting gum plantations, avocado and banana orchards to Macadamias 30 years ago.
